The exchange/return policy that we have is a common one with all boutiques/sellers. We have an exchange policy on all our products if the case is of a manufacturing defect with the product, however for all other cases- we have a 10-day exchange policy on full-priced items but there is no exchange/return applicable on final sale items. There is no after-sales service provided


Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, contact us and our representative shall pick up the product at a time and place convenient for you. However, certain criteria need to be followed to facilitate the return. These are:

  • Return/Exchange must be made within the designated period of return.
  • The product must not be damaged. Damage resulting from improper shipping and handling will not be accepted here
  • The particular brand packaging i.e. the box in which the product is delivered, must be intact and returned along with the product
  • All tags and labels present on the product at the time of receipt must be in place

It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed on shopmefast.com. Our customers can sit back and relax since our product undergoes a proper quality assurance procedure before being dispatched. We make sure that our customers do not face any circumstances where order cancellation is required.
